Creating a new vendor or amending an existing vendor

How can I request a new vendor to be set up or amend an existing vendor in PeopleSoft?

Local supplier/vendor includes Suppliers, Students and Visitors within Australia.

To create a new vendor, for suppliers with an ABN (Australian Business Number):

To create a new vendor, for suppliers without an ABN (Australian Business Number):
An ATO Statement by a Supplier form may be applicable to complete if deemed appropriate by the FS-Tax area.

To create a new vendor, for an overseas supplier:

To amend an existing vendor in PeopleSoft, the Amend Vendor Form needs to be completed with the updated vendor information.

If the vendor hasn't been updated with bank details, the EFT Form and supporting evidence of bank details i.e. invoice on company letterhead containing bank account details, bank statement or deposit slip is required.

Electronic/digital signatures are not accepted.
Forms must be approved as per Financial Delegation requirements.
