No transactions in EMS wallet

Why are there are no transactions in my EMS wallet?

Transactions sit in one of two places within the Expense Management System. They are either in “My Wallet” (when unacquitted) or on an Expense Report (either in progress, submitted or paid / approved).

If you can't see the transaction, check if:

  • All transactions have been previously acquitted. Review expense reports for that cardholder.
  • Has the credit card been used this week? Do you have any receipts?
  • Has the file load from Westpac been delayed? Check ‘my wallet’ again in a few days.

Note: Transactions are loaded into the Expense Management System (My Wallet) on a weekly basis, however the merchant may not have charged the amount to the card on the same day as the transaction.
